Lutheran Towers was founded and is provided as a mission of Our Saviours Lutheran Church in Long Beach, California. Our facility is a mid-rise, low-income housing development with 96 units in the heart of the beautiful Carroll Park neighborhood. Our mission is to serve our community by providing qualified low-income residents with high-quality, comfortable, and welcoming homes in a clean, safe, and secure environment.
