YOU MADE IT. YOU MADE IT THIS FAR, CONGRATS! Welcome to Hybrid House. At HH we like to keep things old school, getting to the heart and soul of the gym environment, when weights were metal and community was built on helping one another with how and what to do. We use 12 week programming blocks that are created with purpose for each class that we offer. Our classes are limited to 10 people and are led in a way where it feels like you are getting personal training in a class environment. We then use week 13 to put this programming to the test and assess gains in every way.
