We make our own Pastrami, Smoked Beef Brisket, Tri-tip, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Baby Back Ribs, and we roast Top Sirloin and Leg of Lamb, in addition to sourcing top-quality Deli meats from which to assemble the delicious sandwiches for which we are known. All our side dishes are prepared in-house from family recipes. Our rolls are baked nightly and are delivered FRESH daily. We take customer service seriously, and are happy to customize any food order. Additionally, we offer a wide range of catering services for any size group or party, even renting our mobile smoker for do-it-yourselfers or industry pros.
