Childbirth classes in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth. Classes are held either in-person or live online via Zoom. Birthing classes can improve the birth experience by empowering pregnant families to participate in their healthcare. Bradley® classes are designed for both the pregnant person and their birthing partner. The partner is trained as the coach and both parents work together through the labor as a team. These comprehensive birthing classes are taught by Lia Berquist, a certified Doula and childbirth educator who has taught birth education since 2011. A series of childbirth classes with Lia of Your Natural Birth will be more than just "classes." It will be an experience.
