Canine CellMates is a jail dogs program, operating out of Fulton County Jail since 2013. We recently took over a building, and will be expanding our mission with the addition of a diversion program working with the District Attorney's office. This innovate and unique approach to rehabilitation will incorporate working with rescue dogs, and life-changing curriculum, with the goal being to facilitate positive change, and reduce the possibility of a return to incarceration.
