Dr. Julia Carper Combs is an OBGYN in Atlanta with Piedmont OB-GYN. She was born at Piedmont Hospital and grew up in Atlanta, graduating from The Westminster Schools. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 1999.
