The Policing Alternatives & Diversion Initiative (PAD) works to reduce arrest and incarceration of people experiencing extreme poverty, problematic substance use, or mental health concerns, and increase the accessibility of supportive services in Atlanta and Fulton County. We provide in person dispatch to community referrals through ATL311 and pre-arrest diversions Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm.
