I have measured my teaching and business, LHM, to promote healthy behavior. It’s one of the ancientest forms of medicine known to man. Services for gay, straight, and bisexual men and women in the major city of Hampton and Atlanta GA. I offer deep tissue, sports, therapeutic Reiki massage, and other types. The benefits of a massage are more complex than therapeutic. Help with common disorders, such as sleep deprivation, mental health, and blood pressure. These are things that are controllable within a proper massage. I worked in this field for several years and have helped develop the skills needed.
