Teddy White is an accomplished martial artist, holding a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Hapshido, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has trained Muay Thai and Judo for nearly 20 years. For the past 30 years as a martial arts instructor, Teddy uses methods of teaching that are both extremely technical and fun. He believes that you get what you put in and if you work hard, you get results. He has three simple rules to live by: 1.) Listen 2.) Learn 3.) Just do it.
