At Restorative Counseling we help people create change that lasts a lifetime by addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship issues. Our therapists are extensively trained in the most evidence-based forms of counseling, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We work with individuals, couples, and families ages 14 and up.
