Our Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Program is designed to put you (our clients) first and at the forefront of everything we do. It says it in our name ‘Gauge’- to measure or estimate. By staying in tune with each one of you according to your ability and strengths, we focus on the things you can, not the things you can’t. Our outdoor fitness boot camp workouts are challenging, but they are always rewarding. We're prepared every session with something new & fun for everyone. We also offer meal plans for weight loss.
